I LOVE the fact you ride 26” , , my friend took her to Yeti SB66 26” to exchange it for a Santa Cruz and they basically told us that the bike is worthless as it is 26 and she was kind of upset and then I showed her your video and said Jordan has 26 inch wheels on his bike and jumps 20 foot gaps on it 🤣🤣👍🏽👍🏽

for all the film nerds out there, I did one thing new in this video, I set the Hero 6 to a manual shutter speed of 1/60th second. Usually I have it on auto, (in these conditions the shutter would go down to 1/30th for too much motion blur) and I was filming 30fps 4K superview mode like normal and have ISO limit at 400 as usual, I think it looks really great in this video, I could only do that because of how dark it was in these conditions, what do you think?
@tedclev6 жыл бұрын
So glad you posted this. I was wondering. It looks really good. I loved your last GoPro Settings vid and I know it takes you a long time to do them. Maybe with the new GoPros you could do a shorter follow up to address the new technology? Just a thought. Either way, great video and I love the channel!
@JordanBoostmaster6 жыл бұрын
thanks, I am making a really long in depth Hero 6 tutorial now just like I made before, but it's probably a good idea to make something shorter and more simple in the mean time, I don't even know when I can get the big tutorial out.

Have you messed around with/done any colour grading on the Hero 6? If not you should include that in the video. Colour correction really brings out the potential of the hero 6 if done right. Looking forward to it.

I have certainly been color correcting with the Hero 6 a lot! Yes I use Native WB and that is how I can get teh best colors out of this camera

Loved the trails,really cool features,reminds of back home In Sintra hill where in the good old days there used to be lots of rock rides like those and all of the bits and tips of the typical north shore features spread out all over the trails just like they are on Mount Fromme.Beautiful thhick forest too,it also looks like Sintra's forest.

You might add in there with your patreon schtick that anybody can contribute to one of the many trail societies depending on the region they ride, for the upkeep of these trails - NSMB for North Shore , SORCA for Squamish, etc., etc. Check on Trailforks and you can donate for a specific trail. Every little helps.

Great video!!! Nice place there!! Why would be that all of those "world class" DH riders (all sponsored), go from 26 to 27.5 to 29... The brands through this generate us a new need telling us or making us believe that 29 is the better (faster) bike and it can be used in DH. By the other side, I see a lot of people that ride for fun, going back to 27.5 or 26... Almost in all bike shops people (sellers) say that I should go to 29 when they see my 27.5 enduro and when I also told them that I also have a 26 they took me like a weird guy! I think that maybe big wheels are faster...but I strongly believe that smaller wheels 26 and in some cases 27.5 are much fun. I don't want to be the fastest guy at the trail or at the mountain (i'm too old for that), I just want to have as much fun as I can at my free time....I think that maybe...26 will come back..the future problem for us 26 lovers is...tires...
