It's mighty strange that folks watch who they don't accept but they watch them with amazement as they go higher in all that they do🤔 Pray for a changed mind and heart because when God includes that's it..🙋🏾♀️ Goodmorning ❤

This song came to mind about a week ago. Always enjoyed the sincerity and quality of this choir and recording. Very memorable group of young people. PWG

We were so influenced by Southeast Inspirational Youth Choir we sang much of these songs as we were all about the same age. We loved this song and sang it for Easter as often as we could. This sound was the sound of youth in America. Such powerful music. Priceless...foundational. Rest well Brenda Waters, Carl Preacher, Shirley Joiner and Francis Lee Ward.

Thank you Lord for your daughter Francis Lee. I have inquired after her for years since our time (brief on my part) in Southeast. I remember that voice like it was yesterday. Blessings

I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR YOUR MOTHER PASSED. I MET HER IN 1983 AT THE BRENDA WATERS RETREAT. SHE GAVE HER 1 MILLION PERCENT ON A SONG SHE LEAD WRITTEN BY THE LATE LEON CHESTNUT CALLED "ILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU" IT WAS THE LAST SONG OF THE CONCERT AND THE SPIRIT WAS HIGH THAT LAST NIGHT OF 1983. THAT WAS ALSO THE NIGHT I CAME TO CHRIST

Wow. Gospel Nostalgia. You are a blessing to so many!! I'm having a Southeast Inspirational Chior/ Youth Choir marathon. Reading the comments about the Sister's powerful ministry in song still touching hearts even after she's gone. Man it's breaking me down. And I've never met her. Thank you Sir, for keeping this flavor of gospel music fresh for generations to come.

@musicismythang1 Not sure where Frances is now. Perhaps someone can answer that question for us both. I do have other recordings of her and will post them at some point. Happy Thanksgiving to you and thanks for your appreciation of the good ole stuff.
