It took nearly 2 minutes to pick that pup up and take it away. I recognise her. She makes daily rescue videos, usually cats and kittens. I think he was drugged like the mother cats are. All for profit.

Very puzzling - the first minutes are spent looking at the dog, 'examining' it, taking its temperature, telling us he was sluggish and lifeless (even though it is blinking, which obviously means's alive) severely dehydrated etc etc; why on earth not start by giving it something to eat??
