Lookin good fellas! My youngest daughter was just tellin me yesterday that she wanted to build her own little house on our property when she grows up. Made my eyes light up, and my heart melt. Lucas: More exciting times. It is wonderful that you are helping him, but not too much. Youngsters have to learn sometimes. I put in a one inch waterline above my electrical line so that I could run the phone line. He is probably foing to use cell service but it is handy just in case. That is a huge house. They make them so nice nowadays. The yard looks good. No drainage problem to worry about. Take care and stay safe.

Hey Lucas! I'm loving all your videos. The cabin build is amazing! I've only had my little BX23S for a about 11 months, so watching you teach your son is also teaching me. Your videos on the BX were the inspiration for me getting one and I love it! I've learned so much about my little tractor from your tutorials. Almost don't even need the owner's manual any more. Great Video! I spent my weekend cleaning out 3 foot snow banks in sub zero blizzard conditions. I’ve struggled some times too. I got a quick hitch to give that a shot. So far I’ve mainly only used it in the box blade, but it does seem to work really well for that.

We actually just had to run to the meter. For a mobile home around here, a meter is set away from the home and we just had to run to that. And yes. We are! 👊

I noticed you measuring the depth of the trench. I painted depth marks up the side of the bucket and boom so I could reference it from the seat. Because the bucket teeth will ware down I made my measurements with the bucket flat on the ground. Just a little time saver 🫡
