My prayer is that it should not be an attempt to steal his vision from him. Because so many people have the money he used in starting this business in Nigeria but refuse to do it.

I must say you're an inspiration sir. Words can't quantify the impact of your words here sir. Thank you so much Mr Paul. And frankly I love seeing you on Lion's Den. I love it. Thank you. However, I would like to ask ...at some point you insinuated that Leaders aren't made, they are born. It's actually been the opposite narrative that alot of us had been exposed to. What are the factors that makes being "born" the accurate perception rather than being "made"? I'd be glad to get your response sir. Thank you sir.

The Lagos state government has scheduled to demolish this resort soon. They rerouted a costal high way through this property. What a shame for the nation.

I think the man has presented his case on TVC about three days ago on how they could work together for a better out come. Because what the train project by the FG is for the development of the country by linking a good transport networks through train across the southern states.

Most expensive beach in lagos 25k to sit on a chair.
@GHOST-cy7rc2 жыл бұрын
Lol, not everyone must sit in a luxury ₦25K Cabana, cause unless you're on a romantic date, or are a group of friends, or you just wonna flex... then you don't really need one. *Landmark Beach* Is not that expensive for everything it offers, you'd realize that once you take a pause and really look at it objectively... Located in Oniru, Victoria Island, it's in the heart of Lagos and close enough to everything (comparatively). Its got a boatload of fun activities with great food, albeit pricey. It's a great hangout spot for casual beach goers, great for a date, for a couple or family, for a large group, corporate events or get-togethers, etc. Now is it cheap?, Hell no!... But it's price is sorta justified by all that it truly is. The thing is even though *there are over 30 beaches in Lagos* within its coastline, only a few really stands out in their specified categories. The Abraham Adesanya area of Ajah is home to many beaches, Badagry area of Lagos too have it's fair share but these places are quite too far for most people to be willing to travel to, just fit a few hours o beach-time. *Tarkwa Bay* as it costs only ₦500.. but seeing how you'd probably take a ₦3k to ₦7k boat ride before you could access it, quickly adds up to your cost, and, there aren't food vendors around, it's on an island so if you aren't with your own food, you're doomed, also, there even aren't any usable bathroom or toilets in sight, so how people ease themselves on the beach is something you can only imagine. *Elegushi Royal Beach* is a terrible place if you want any form of serenity and alone time, but could be really great for beach goers seeking the company of a thousand random strangers, lol.. It's cheap, yeah, and in decent proximity to most people, but also just too crowded, noisy and poorly managed for most people's liking (good luck finding a decent toilet there). All that said, undisputed, *ELEGUSHI IS THE PEOPLE'S CHAMPION* as for some reasons, lagosians would swear on how it's the best beach catering for the average hustler in Lagos with a not so deep pockets, that's the more reason it's gonna remain the most popular and populous beach in Eko, for a long time to come. 😂 *La Campagne Tropicana* Beach Resort (my favourite) is pretty much the most beautiful if them all, though it comes at a pretty high entry fee of ₦6K, which again is good value for money in my opinion. All I'd say is, it'd really be the perfect beach hangout spot on the entire Lagos coastline, if it just wasn't sooo damn far away from civilization. Period.(Located deep in Ibeju LEKKI) *Ilashe Beach* would be another viable optio, but just like Tarkwa Bay, Ilashe too is an island only accessed by boat, no food vendors on sight, the debris around the beachfront is the worst I've seen in any beach in Lagos (dirt) thus rendering it utterly unattractive to swimmers, there aren't really much available activities to indulge in over there as the place is almost always empty, void of human company and then there's the humongous Elephant in the room, YOU CANNOT even gain access to this beach unless first chartering one of the beach houses on the beach, before then making the many other arrangements to make your stay worthwhile. The last time I and a few friends went over there, well we made it fun, eventually... But let's just say the fun came at quite a pricey price.
