Judge Cannon dismissed the case using Justice Thomas' dicta as justification. It will likely be re-instated because Thomas' argument was so bad & was not a ruling. It was just Thomas musing in a majority opinion about something totally unrelated. Trump should have some legal jeopardy in the DC 1-6 case. He is exposed even with the Supreme Court's radical ruling granting trump unheard of immunity in official acts. The GA RICO case is in tatters because DA Fanni Willis did some dumb things in her personal life.

So good to hear all possible is being done to keep this election free and fair. Trump has lost again and again. He's likely to lose again this time. He knows nothing about fairness, doesn't care, and neither does MAGA. Keep it honest!

Great --- no compare polices, Seriously. Ex- Do u support an income tax rate that actually generated more income taxes, like Trump's did? ...or one based on emotion? Such as Obama's...which caused 11 million more ppl to need Food Stamps.
