It's this heartening to see the house in this condition. I had seen a video of this house about three years ago. And it looked like someone had just left and would be back any minute. Everything was in place. Now there's tons of stuff missing like furniture. It's just sad that people have such little respect for what is not theirs. But thank you for the video it's nice to see it again but sad.❤

2 things: 1) at 22:46, as you're climbing the stairs, just before you say if feels like a Horror film, there is a little growling voice that sounds like it either says "Lee" or "Leave." 2) I lost my grandfather going on 5 years ago now next month (I can't believe it's already been that long), it took me nearly 2 years to stop just spontaneously crying when a thought or memory about him would wander through my mind, sometimes I would just cry without even thinking of him first, we were very close and it devastated me to lose him. Don't apologize for talking about your Nan, it's good for the healing process and we don’t mind. It gets easier to bear over time. Though I will say that my body and soul just know when the Anniversary approaches, I start to get sadder and more weepy, and I try to take the day of off from work because it can get too hard to function.

A lovely old house full of love and family. So sad that all was left behind and especially the photos. Things happen in life Dave and we get stronger for it and learn to deal and cope with all the changes. No one said it was going to be easy but we do get stronger and learn new things about ourselves in the process. Don't give up you will find yourself again and the old spark will become bigger and better. Have a great day

Hi Dave, I loved this explore. It reminded me a lot of when I was wee. My mum (she now has late stage dementia) used to fix our clothes and we always had lots of books. I recognised quite a few of those old ones in there. My brother had lots of wee toy cars n him n me would make a race track using the old wooden clothes pegs. I loved the old farm animal toys too. So many memories left behind in that house. Its a beutiful house with stunning views. Just after you mentioned about smelling a smell of someone smoking and as you went up the tiny staircase I heard a noise, it may just have been the stairs but it sounded strange. It was at around 22.51 I really feel for you losing your wee nan, but she will always be with you in spirit. ❤

Hi Dave - what a great share, nice to see you and your crocs back out and about. What a great explore, I had to stop it for awhile when you found those little shoes - for some reason that really got me. It never ceases to amaze me about all of the stuff just left. Going around my own house yesterday, I would just stop and look around and try to image what others would see once we were gone. Plus all those things like furniture, dishes, photos, toys. Someone at some point went out and bought all of those things. Did they pick out furniture together, were they bits and pieces given by families and friends? Each item picked out of necessity or maybe just because it was cute. When did mum buy those little shoes and where did they sit and read those books to the children? David, your Nan is always with you and you will never “get over” missing her. Instead of not going on your adventures with you, now she can. Go get Mark and hang out, do something silly together. Your mates and family will help you through. God bless you David, and as always, stay safe❤
