Fewer holes will make it last longer, people don’t understand the importance of the side wall of a tire. I worked in a tire plant for a while and seen why and how they are made. 1 hole on me side and a 2nd hole on the exact opposite side. Would have worked, the spray foam will spread out itself. It awesome what they came up with and would definitely work in a pinch. Then again if my life is on the line, rim driving it is.

So like the reason you don't drive on a flat tire isn't because you can't do it, with any uneven pressure the sheer weight of the vehicle will deform the tire's aluminum rim. Because the rim spins so fast it has to be perfectly circular. All the uneven bumps of spray foam is going to harm the rim here and though it's not lop-sided it is basically no different then driving on a flat tire

Didn't do it correctly. I worked for a city before and they did this to all their gators that they used to pick up trash from the easements. They kept getting flats so they did this. No gaps in the tire plus they didn't look flat like the truck. They were rock hard in fact. Extremely rough ride. After 8 hours on that thing you were beat.
