Angel Moore I agree with what you said about “we will never be perfect” but I just wanted to share that I am careful when I use the word “strive to be good” because I did that for years and every time I failed I would be myself up for it and made it harder. Hard to no lose my temper and be upset and have more compassion for people like ray comfort does. So what God showed me is that I can’t do it without Him but He in me can. So I just wanted to share that with you in hopes it will provide encouragement. The only way I can be fruitful and reflect Jesus character is when I’m reading the Bible in community and on my own time and also consistently asking for His help in everything I do. That’s what’s made me repent of my sins and God gave me eyes to see things the way He does. Although sometimes I still mess up, His grace comes over me and I’m moved towards doing better BECAUSE he still loves me and doesn’t condemn me.

Kyle Weldon It is the Holy Spirit that works in the heart and mind, to draw s person to repentance. Since we know that it is gods desire that everyone come to repentance, praying for the salvation of those we love is what were commanded to do. Have faith, and do not let your faith waiver; pray always for the salvation of your loved ones, and it shall bear fruit. It may take years, but it SHALL bear fruit! Hi Saul who later became Paul stood there holding the clothes of those who were killing Steven and God saved Saul. Saul did lots against Christ but Jesus loved him and saved him. If you are sorry for your sins and want to accept Jesus then repent of your sins and believe and trust in Jesus as your saviour and the only way you can be saved and go to heaven and Jesus will save you and forgive you when you ask him. Then read the Holy Bible and pray everyday to draw nigh to the Lord. The devil lies to people and tells them they have done to much to be saved. After seeing how sex trafficking and porn go in hand.....and not only that, what girl in her right mind would do something like that? Most of them have actually been abused growing up and raped. Then on set, they’re drugged with meth so they can perform better. When people say they have a porn problem and they’re Christian....I can’t help but get angry. Apart from the Bible reference (2 Timothy 2:19) which is written to Christians, not the unsaved, I have to thank you Ray for your patience in witnessing to the guy who was obviously mocking you. We were able to see the power of God's Word which is able to convict. One sows, another waters, and yet another reaps, yet the harvest is the Lord's. God doesn't tell us to convert people, or else we are failures. Yes, it's wonderful to see Him save someone, and sometimes He gives us that privilege to see it, but the one thing He does command that we do. is to share the glorious gospel of His Son, Jesus, to a lost and perishing world. Well done, good and faithful servant.

I am glad at least one person knows Scripture sufficiently to be able to see this. This would mean that prior to salvation we of ourselves have the power to live a life pleasing to God. Numbers 21:9 And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived. As Moses lifted up the brass serpent and all who looked upon it and were healed, so Jesus said, in John 12:32-33 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to me. This He said, signifying what death He should die. I believe the scriptures teach that when we turn and look upon the crucified Christ, it is at that moment we are saved. Then and only then, He empowers us through the gift of the indwelling Holy Spirit, to live a life pleasing to Him, just as the children of Israel were not told to stop their murmuring against God to be healed but to look upon the brass serpent. Turn look upon Jesus, the Christ, and be saved. He then gives us the power to turn from sin. A verse I've memorised which is helpful to remind me of what God does to ensure I don't claim any part in my salvation is; Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I but Christ lives in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me. A dead man can do nothing.

Porn does hurt you . You commit adultery in your heart with those people on the screen when you masturbate to them. You might as well have real sex with them the sin is no less the same. God sees the sin the same. Jesus said if you even hate a person you are guilty of murder under God's law. So simply lusting with your eyes is committing adultery. NOT watching porn should be first on your list of vices to give up. Get married and have a blast but don't commit adultery respect God's law.
