Not impressed. 😂 I went from 5L annually to 35 Lakhs in 8 months as a Product Manager. Know the skills, (actually almost everyone has that), what made the difference was earlier I used to say best in market and HR would offer 30% appraisal, and I used to feel wow. But post depression recovery, I straight forward asked, for this work I will take 35 Lakhs. Interview me, if you feel not worth, what's your loss besides some interview hours and I got it along with a permanent Work from anywhere clause in the offer letter. Only crux is there are many who has far more talent but they don't charge for that talent. Sometimes, all you need to do is just ask. Also to give you a context, I had been a startup entrepreneur first before moving to PM and I stayed at 5L salary for 3 years before deciding to quit that company, which felt exploitive.
