I like the low pressure of this. It's all fun. I like IODIS more probably, but this is a nice change of pace.

14:18 ... it's not Stone's defense so much as Rabbit stimming his marines every five seconds for the duration I spent years in Diamond. For Terran and TvT: Diamond 3 has those characteristic overmicro and giant slips in macro. Diamond 2 would execute the build tightly and fly medivacs into turrets. Low diamond 1 would do a basic level of micro while not only macroing but hitting 2/2 bio upgrades roughly on time and consistently avoiding supply block until ~150. High diamond 1 is probably not very different from low masters, mistakes, strategy and efficiency start to become more of factor, in TvT things like the PiG build (2 medivac drop timing off 2 base iirc) can be scanned for.

I am glad you are back :) For someone who used to play high masters for few years after game was released. Skill level dropped so much. Based on my blurry experiences I would say silver max gold. For those who are playing in 2024 focus on macro. Micro is nice to have, if you can win with 10marines vs 15marines its good. But if your opponent macro is better he wouldnt have 15marines but even 20 with siege tank. Once you get higher you will play players with same macro and then micro will be important, but until then if you ever float more like 400minerals any second in game you should focus macro. Bigger army wins!

I think this was the first time the guess was mostly based on the psychology of the BM lol… PS I never understood why you dont have to secretly write down your guesses BEFORE you give reasons ( or AT LEAST before the other guy says his guess)
