Since that anonymous package had such detailed information on the location of operations and the names of those involved I'm going to guess that "Silvia" was disappointed that she didn't get the position of rank she wanted in the organization or enough of the money. She then decided to turn in her former associates to begin working as a freelancer, hence the return to the UK and the industry. I can't believe that after such a lengthy investigation the sentence was just under 6 years. Ridiculous!!
