1:42:49 I have theorized before that the reason speedmom walked in the cafe without her baby is because the stalker kidnapped her baby (or worse) as retaliation for her saying mean stuff to the barista girl. She might be suffering from psychotic depression, that is why she is crying. After the interaction with speedmom, we see the POV of the stalker immediately afterwards at 49:40. He was there when the badmouthing happened, maybe he thought he should "avenge" his "girlfriend." I believe this because there is no narrative reason for speedmom to interact with us twice, unlike the detective, Hasaku-san, who we need to rely on later in the game. She returns because the story invites us to wonder what happened to her, and because her baby is not with her and we know only the stalker is crazy enough to inflict actual harm…Well, I think it is not unreasonable to suspect the stalker did something to the baby.
