Don’t feel sorry for O’Neil. On his salary of £1.5m per year, he would walk away with at least £5m in his pocket if he was sacked today - not bad for delivering just 6 points out of a possible 66 in his last 22 PL games for Wolves.

Not a Wolves supporter but have been to a few games with my uncle and cousin who are diehards. I hope they stay up as they’re a great family club and add some colour to the league. It’s a shame it’s come to this with Gary O’Neil but he’s young and he’ll learn.

It was a shocking performance. Totally agree that the flat back 4 isn't working and we are leaking goals like a sieve. He changed it last season and it worked much better for him, but this season., he stubbornly refuses to change it, even though we're winless and bottom! Who's going to want to take this on? Probably end up with Allardyce in January!

Totally agree with everything you have said Harry and also agree with you and 95% of the comments that O'Neil should go but he's just signed a new 4 year deal so unfortunately I think he'll still be here until the end of the year by which time it'll be too late.. I blame O'Neil for the set up, tactics, substitutions and motivation but I also lay some of the blame at the feet of the players, they have the talent, just don't look as though they care and want to play for the football club. Sad really particularly if you're a supporter. Keep posting Harry.

I have backed the system, manager and players, blamed the fixtures and held hope in the performances. But now you have to say the biggest mistake was sticking to that back 4 despite the results. It has put us so deep in the mire and so lacking in confidence that I just don't see a way out. I will always hope and beating City like last year could start something, but I don't really feel it's remotely possible now

Tbh, I was incredibly worried before the season started that O'Neil was intent on going to a back four. The thing about a back four, it's not in the club's DNA. Nuno showed how a back five could be solid in defence and give the wing backs full licence to get forward. It's almost too late to go to a back five, we haven't got three fit, reliable, central defenders since Kilman was sold. Initially I wasn't too worried about Max going after his indifferent 2023-4 season, but no replacement was brought in. The squad is incredibly unbalanced with talented attackers on the bench but no options in defence. Everything you've said in this video Harry is spot on.

I still don't get why we needed a change from the back 3 - to the 'trendy' playing-out-the-back back 2. It worked well last season, it was lack of depth that killed the season at the end. Especially as they couldn't get the players needed to play out the back in the summer. Alot of the players they did get, are nice to have, but I dont they needed. All they had to do was reinforce the bench + one or two new starters. Feels they overcomplicated it for no reason. Now we cant do either well, the back 3 or the 'trendy' playing out the back.

It was a heartbreaking display. You have to be sorry for the players. We need to get out Fosun and stop them playing chan every game. I think Gary is leant upon to make sure he has at least 10 mins. We have some good players that aren’t getting a chance on the ball defence is horrendous .confidence is zero
