also it was revealed in a merch drop of vivinos that this is a kind of boarding school, its called garden of smth i dont remember. it apparently helps your human-pet have the most beautiful "crying". The paper seemed to make this out as some top tier school with lots of awards, and in reference to how you say what do the aliens gain from sending them to this place, ill explain here. ivans past he was trained in a very abusive environment which probably caused him to become cold and unforgiving as a result. Later he was aunctioned off to some rich alien who saw his potential which might explain how he was "spoiled" in the video, and also how later he got sent to this top tier training camp. And if youre asking what they gain from this, its simply just for entertainment, like i said these aliens are probably very rich to be able to send them to this training camp and just spend money to invest in hopes theyd become famous because in another vivinos merch drop we see that people who survive the game eventually "graduate" of some sort and become an "idol" amongst aliens, with autographs and photoshoots and all, which would explain why alot of people watch alien stage, its atournament to see the up and coming talent.

A TON of useful information in this comment. I didn't know there was merch, let alone that it confirms aspects of the lore. So then the kids (in the school) are basically being raised as idols for the aliens' entertainment and not much else. It def makes sense given what we've seen. I'm very curious to see what they look like at graduation and such. Might look into buying some of the merch ...this makes me wanna open back up my ZUTOMAYO merch and theorize 💀

This was also something that ran through my mind. The only reason I doubted it was true was because it'd imply that either 1) Ivan escaped, later became aware of Till of joining the Alien Stage comp, and willingly joined, or 2) Ivan also returned, but there's no solid evidence for this I can think of.

@@Sutidamuskun I think Ivan might have returned because his entire life he seemed passive to anything happening around him and just accepted everything (as we saw in the quick past flashes). I think running away with till was the only possibility for him because unlike ivan till doesn't accept fate easily, if it makes sense? at least that's my theory, their round against each other will be intense for sure

@@Sutidamuskun i have a theory that we can see how emotionless and cold ivan is, well, that is until he sees till, in other official art and the videos, ivan is shown to have quite the interest in till, id say tills the only character ivan even cares about in this game. Perhaps he wanted to flee with till but till rejected it and came back for mizi, and because of how much nothing matters to ivan and how he just goes with what people tell him to do, he lost the motivation to escape and just followed till back?

my theory is that Ivan feels for Till what Till feels for Mizi, so like how Till couldn’t escape without Mizi, Ivan wouldn’t feel right escaping without Till and therefore turned back, too. The only thing that confuses me is that if this were the case, why couldn’t the four of them just escape together? (assuming that Mizi also wouldn’t want to leave without Sua) maybe it was too dangerous? or did Ivan just not want to leave with anyone other than Till? (which is a little petty because this is his freedom we’re talking about lmao)

Till loved mizi. Ivan went in there and took him outside to escape, Im assuming he either liked him or related to him. But since mizi is still back there, till went back in the place, turning his back to ivan and refusing to join him which broke ivan. After we see him look after till, we see him smile in annoyance/pain. So he goes back as well instead of escaping. I think he is waiting to battle till

I think the red is passion, liberation, freedom. It is the only colour you see in Ivan’s eyes as he sings and when he watched the two in the cave. Green seems like the opposite: oppression and realism as he realises ‘of course I can’t just leave’. Green is also the classic colour associated with aliens too which is a fun parallel.
