Kris you should cover the case of Madam LaLaurie AKA Marie Delphine Macarty. She was a New Orleans socialite in the 1800’s and one of the first female serial killers in America who was believed to have tortured and murdered slaves in her household. It’s a really gruesome case that has a lot of holes in it and I very rarely see it covered. New Orleans always had a different way of treating enslaved people compared to most of the US and LaLaurie was seen to be generally "polite" to people of color in public but in her house it was a torture chamber. She was initially discovered when her house caught fire where they found a 70-year-old slave chained to the stove by her ankle. The slave had set the fire as a suicide attempt because she feared being punished, stating that slaves taken to the uppermost room "never came back". It’s absolute revolting what she did and I hope all who were affected by her are resting in peace.

Born and raised in Salem, Oregon and have known about this killer My whole life. In fact the home I grew up in was less than 1/4 mile from the home he did his killings in and I drove passed it in my way to school. My dad’s friend worked at the state penitentiary and worked around Jerry and said he was quite that ominous character. He is one of the reason people in salem locked their doors at night and gave parents stories to terrify their kids with. I certainly will never forget it.

Ooh i just thought of something. I think itd be really cool for u to dive into the story of Lizzie Borden. I heard about her a few times but havent really searched for her whole story yet.

My brain wants me to watch these before bed even if its all I'll think about that night-
32:21 ''I just want all my little babies to be safe out there, you gotta be safe out there'' That's the sweetest thing that a person I've never met in real life has said to me.🥲 Thank you so much Kris for making me smile with all your little compliments! Love you so much🥰 Edit: Yes i liked my own comment 😅😂

This video is a prime example of a case where you can sympathize with the things a person was put through without excusing the actions they took because of those experiences.

Thank you! Not enough people talk about the real shame the loss of the Netflix show Mindhunter was. It was so good. Expensive, maybe, but so very good. I don't think it even actually ended (no story closure), just stopped. It's a real shame. I do hope they might at least try to bring it back.

I love your true crime videos so much! Could you cover the green river killer? I have always been interested about it seeing as I grew up right next to where most of the murders happened as well as knowing people who were related to him.
