Great and revealing interview! I hope people will learn from this. Indiscipline is one of albatross of most musicians in Nigeria. Most lack exposure and are unwilling to learn! Thank you for the acknowledgement and remembering that he was a regular in my Dads band. Emperor wale Olateju. I remember those days. He was a great assest to the band! Kudos to Mr. Adeyanju for a wonderful interview. Uncle Kofo played briefly at Celestial Church of Christ, New York Parish, Brooklyn NY in the early 1990s. Most recently in October 2023 he played at my nephew's wedding ceremony at Philadelphia. He gave the most accurate reality of life in the USA where I myself have lived since 1979.
