I think creation of Ekiti State was made possible through the efforts several prominent Ekiti people, with contributions in their diverse capacities. Prof. Sam Aluko may have contributed greatly towards it but we can not also discountenance the critical contributions of Aare Afe Babalola, Chief Deji Fasuan, the traditional rulers, especially the current Ewi of Ado Ekiti....etc. Moreover, the states created in 1996 were not created by fiat as being insinuated by the guest. There was a committee chaired by Chief Arthur Mbanefo, where memoranda were submitted and presentations were made by promoters of the proposed states.

Not that SAB's music is only simple to sing but lyrics that is embedded in wisdom is not easy to discard not the one that is filled with abusive words. Fatai Alao is or was so close with Kolly.

Wasiu Ayinde is only getting paid back for his arrogance, his attempt to de recognise kollington and usurp/erase the headship of barrister. Advice wasiu to be humble in seniority and he will be well respected.

Will tackle comrade on the aspect of ilaro and erinja it's not so am an original ilaro an Olurin clan though it's true yewa settlers are from Oyo but we ilaro are not self centered though there is no unity in Yewa which is the reason yewa has never produced a governor in Ogun State but ilaro is not self centered if Ilaro is self centered they will have not supported the growth of Sango Ota which is under them

The genesis of the crisis was not the coup, it was in the different political attitudes of Zik, Awo first, and second in the lack of political knowledge and unified focus of the regional leaders. It's not a laughing matter. The Western Region failed due to the irreconcilable leadership quarrels and differences. Let's get serious, sir.

I think what Mr Sanya was saying is that juju music is more of a freestyle music when it comes to the instruments, while Fuji is more restricted. Perhaps Fuji is more similar to how white people play compared to juju, based on his experience, which is very patterned and disciplined.

This man is a big supporter of Wasiu Ayinde. That's why he doesn't want to recognised Obesere in Asakasa (Saje). Barrister's style was never rough and so were his followers from Wasiu Ayinde Barrister who was on a low tempo. Obesere raised it with Asakasa when he was using keyboard and Paso copied him.
