Last month i posted a video about the big sea front mansion in Dauin, This time, I am visiting Reynoud’s Sea front house in Bacong Negros Oriental. Reynoud is a candaian expat who has been living in Bacong for several years now. Although this house is not as big as the Dauin house, this one is for sure very well thought of. It must be very comfortable living in this house - with very nice features such as: it has an open air living room, a swimming pool WITHIN the living room , a view of almost every part of the house from the masters bedroom and the kitchen, a solar system technology, It is also located at a very private spot in front of the ocean
His house is just around 200 meters from the highway. And incase you are wondering where Bacong is from Dumaguete city, Bacong is just around 8 km from downtown dumaguete. And, this house is just very near Bacong'd town proper.

I think it's ok if you are married to a Filipina. Some build a corporation, something. I am not sure about it. But many expats know what's the best thing to do. Maybe I will interview some expats on video soon and ask them about having a property here in the Philippines.

Yes, you have been given the right advice. Foreigners cannot own land in our country. Some still persist. But that is illegal and you will regret it.

Beside the sea,l don't think a nice idea. The sea water level keeps rising.But hoping it won't happen coz that house looks nice and if the sea watet reaches the level of that nice ,the house / money will be useless. . So good luck po.

Yah -- to keep rising at a rate of around 1 foot per 50 years. But his property is elevated by a few meters so maybe we won't live long enough to witness that problem.
