“What’s wrong with you guys?” They have huge hearts! The fact that they are now able to manufacture the metal means their cost is a bit lower plus they don’t have to pay a crew because they are the crew. Still, they donate an enormous amount each month to the community in materials and labor. At least 40,000 per month if you tally up everything at market value, if not more. That’s stunning when you think about it. Who else does that and actually benefits real people just struggling to survive? Who gives away 10,000 bucks a week to one family? Nobody but the Rudan brothers and Sonny as far as I know.

It's win win though, I dont think people realize how much you can make off youtube ads. 1 million views about 10-15k, without much research but the amount of videos and views they get they probably make 20k a week off youtube plus the advertising for their business. It is a good business model, all those people that do lawns for free etc are the same. Not knocking them as like I said it is win win.

I love that this was a normal couple who just needed a roof. Don't get me wrong, I like it when it goes to someone in desperate need. But it is good to see just average people get a blessing like this. First, it helps them stay where they are. Having to pull a loan to get a roof could be a hardship later on. Second, the blessing is immediately paid forward to the food bank, and I will venture to guess that Kevin will help a neighbor or two in the coming months with some minor projects. But whether it is an elderly family on fixed income, young family just getting started, a middle aged couple getting by ok, or an emergency I appreciate all that these 4 men do for their community, and for the all the viewers who get inspired to do things for others.

I think that their rule they impose on themselves has always been not to accept donations for themselves - I'm pretty sure there was another person blessed who asked them to take money for a charitable cause - their generosity is immense, I'm sure the food bank will put that sort of money to good use - sad that in rich countries we are still not coping with the needs for the most vulnerable - 5,000 meals per week tells a very sad story - though thank goodness there are volunteers keeping the hope alive with food Loved Kevin's accent ;)
