There are two truths: 1. A common citizen shouldn’t be judge, jury, and executioner 2. A common citizen shouldn’t **need** to be judge, jury, and executioner.

This is actually important. If the justice system ignores crime people WILL take to vigilante activities. Keep this in mind if the police fail to show up, prosecutors fail to procecute and criminals get an early release because the prison is full.

Erm, murder is clearly the bigger crime. It's disgusting how fast people shut down their brains when child molestation is even alleged. That's why the Republicans love to accuse Democrats of being pedophiles, because quite a few people will just believe it and refuse to think an inch further. Killing people is wrong. Death penalty is wrong. Funny how self-described Christians are the worst at clinging to the barbaric practice. The US justice system sucks, but for quite a different reason. They don't rehabilitate people, they treat them like animals and they become animals. But keeping Humans locked up for almost any offense is impractical, and so is executing everybody, so you always have to let them go eventually. There's not a single developed nation that is as bad at this stuff as the United States. Civilized nations treat their prisoners much better and have a much lower crime rate as a result.

Whoever that person is is totally irrelevant. I’m sorry but that man could turned his life around, he could’ve had the chance to learn. Broken people break people, they shouldn’t be thrown in prison, they should get help with their trauma. But that can’t happen now. This is proof that the world has messed up that no one can see that no one has the right to take someone’s life. Period. God bless this world

I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

@WARWICKm41n so it's better to leave some *sick* person ruin someone else's life because they saw the purity and the innocence in them mf had 4 years in prison for doing this and this man right here went and showed the world how it's messed up and broken for protecting thoses Who dont deserve help. Yes, no one should take a life because there's only one in every being in this cursed world but if thoses people use that one life to harm others they don't deserve forgiveness or guidance or even blessing in that matter im sorry

So why 4 years, you paragraph explains it well. Probably, means nothing in a criminal case, he can only be charged with what was proven. This video doesn't explain what happened, very likely it was a minor offense (pun partially intended) Pdf is a broad category of offenses. Some are pretty minor others are what people imagine. Premeditated murder is not a broad category. He chose a victim, planned and arranged to kill him and then killed him. That is a crime and a serious one no matter where you are. The fact that he picked a scum bag doesn't make it better.

Last year, my 14yo daughter told me that a (now ex) friend of mine touched her when she was 8, and that a friend told her that he also touched her cousin. The DA is not pressing charges due to lack of evidence. Then earlier this year, my 4yo revealed that my mom's fiance had been molesting and photographing her over the past two years. He has been arrested and during the investigation all 3 of his daughters as well as his sister have xom foward with their own experiences. So he'd been doing this to young girls, his own family, for 50+ years! I'm told he was upset to not receive a chance for bail and wants to fire his attorney because he can't get the DA to offer him 10 or less years. I have no sympathy for pedophiles, and I hope that that vigilante gets a low sentence. And he'll probably be well protected on the inside.

It was also probably the gun. It's a lot easier to trace a murder when the weapon of choice was a gun. You get gunpower residue on you, the caliber of bullet matches the one of the firearm registered to you, the loud noise alerts people of what happened and which direction giving you less time to clean up. If he had gone in with something like a hammer to the back of the head or maybe even a knife then he woulda had more time to get rid of the weapon and get back to his home, burn his clothes, etc. All the weird shit serial killers do in the movies/shows.
