right at 8:48 he should have stood back up, instead he tried to pull guard but never had him in front of his knees to establish a solid guard. Ended up in north south and was immediately in a darce which he's known for . Pulling guard pins you to the floor, craig jones is right you can beat most dangerous situations in jiu jitsu by choosing to stand up instead of pulling guard.
