yes as there was a power imbalance with the age and more importantly emotional maturity. she had likely started the process of puberity by the age of 12, giving them a different want or desire than someone whom hasn’t, so she would’ve been manipulating a person to fulfill something they don’t want or understand. while people can identify as whatever they would like, science has found girls mature both emotionally and sexually much earlier than boys even without those qualifiers, at a minimum it would still be considered a sexual assault. in this specific context assault is defined as the act of a physical attack, or even a verbal attack, regardless if the intention or execution was harmful
