I worked with Tim and ten space almost daily at this time,man was tim a great guy! It was always a pleasure when he would show up on the job through out the day. I loved working with them, tim and Zach always listened and wanted to hear everyone’s ideas. I will also say It’s bothersome to me that the way they try to paint Zach on this show in the beginning.he two is truly a great person.i get you have to make good television but this is isn’t just tv,this is real life and it’s not right to try and make it seem like he could have something to do with anything full well knowing that he doesn’t as your making this. You don’t know anything about anyone involved or this ghetto ass town. Where tim walked and was seen is not a safe area,not even a little. People are regularly shot,stabbed,robbed beaten and just about anything else you don’t want happening to you in that neighborhood. It’s unfortunate that he’s gone,we finally had the perfect group trying with all they had to make Stockton a better place. He was one of the best things to happen to this town in a long time! everyone I work with still thinks and talks about him all the time. Everything we do to brighten up Stockton is in his memory.tim didn’t have to come here,he didn’t have to try to make the lives of this town better, he chose to! My thoughts: 1. Getting into 3 different drunken altercations in one night = Tim had a problem that contributed to his own death. I'm so sorry for his family, since their loss is obviously devastating -- yet coming to terms with whatever was going on with Tim may prove healing. 2. His friend/biz partner not 'recalling' why he & Tim fought in the street? BS. Total, absolute BS. Don't think he killed Tim, but he certainly contributed to Tim's fate in some manner that he's not willing to admit. Question: What FRIEND lets another friend walk home, alone, trashed, & injured? Answer: Not a very good one. 3. The domestic violence couple should have been arrested & interviewed on camera THAT NIGHT. What kind of inept PD does Stockton have? Sheesh. My bet is Tim got into another altercation with the male from domestic violence call, he got in over his head, the guy stabs him. The woman came to check on things & talk to police b/c she was involved, probably trying to see if Tim died or not. The couple moving out of state shortly thereafter? Can it be more obvious?! Again, my mind is blown at the ineptitude of the police in this case. REMARKABLE.

DIFFERENT THEORY . Maybe his business partner planned/created the scuffles to stir up his friend and make him look out of control during his drunken state and pre-hired the killer or killers to off his partner after they separate? Then he gets all the assets and cash from their company. Likely, they followed closely, then after the two went opposite directions, pounced on him - an easy mark good and tossed - and alone and on foot. His friend was not the last one seen with him, makes him look clear, but not if a conspiracy to kill him can be discovered.

This tragedy adds to my belief that not only are women vulnerable after a night out but young men are as well. Especially if drinking. Three drunk guys ahead of my boyfriend hid themselves but my (sober) boyfriend on approach heard them planning how to jump out at him. So, instead of them 'jumping' on him, he pulled each one of them and ran before they could pick themselves up. Guys, never become separated from your friends. This type of tragedy is more common than you might think. All of heaven's love and comfort to those who knew and loved Tim and who deeply mourn their loss.

I know it might be hard for the family to admit, but it sounds like he was a bad drunk that day, hence why they shy away from detailing the 2 fights. It would probably help the investigation more if they were honest, ppl may have witnessed the last fight he got into.

The only time I've ever been close to leaving someone I went out with to a bar was because they were drunk. I suspect the wife did the same. The only reason I ended up forcing my "friend" into an Uber is because I told him I didn't want to end up on the ID Channel having to explain why I was the last person to see him. So we share the Uber and I get dropped off first and tell the driver to make sure he gets into the house. The next day, the dude tells me he never went home, instead he ran up and down the streets at midnight playing Pokemon Go. Some people get what they're looking for...

Hmm, usually when it's a woman they're talking about in these crime video's every other sentence Is about how beautiful they are constantly so I'm kinda surprised that they're not talking about how attractive and handsome he is.

Probably because there are double standards for women compared to men in our society. If you can’t see that then you are either extremely naive or willfully ignorant.

My theory is...The business partner had already stabbed him and wounded him which is why the witnesses stated he had a wound on his head and that he was disheveled. He collapsed later from the injuries. The couple had nothing to do with it.

The question I have are as follows: What was his level of alcohol in his blood?! - just cause you are bar hopping that’s does not mean your are active drinking one drink after an other. - people go to bars also for the live entertainment. How far was the bar where he got into a disagreement with the bouncer, to the other bar and from this bar to his home. How much time it takes to walk from one place to an other? - what’s is exactly the cause of death? Is it the stab wound? Is it that he bled to death? Did the autopsy shows he got any other drugs in his system ? could be that the partner stabbed him,he didn’t not notice the wound and kept on walking and bled to death? The person that called on the domestic dispute, did the person eyewitness the couple literally fighting either verbally, physically or just call the cops cause heard the woman screaming for help?!

Well, I wld be curious to know some facts about the partner.Does he usually carry a knife ? If so was it tested or"lost" ? What had happened to company? Is he now the owner and head honcho? Where is the wife? Is she remarried and if so to who? That is just a sample of questions I didn't see on video. But then again we didn't see much of anything that cld be called an investigation did we ??

I wonder if, in all the fights he was in previously, he couldn’t have gotten stabbed and not even know it. Like how intoxicated was he? And maybe the new possible investors from out of town had an idea or such that he didn’t agree with. There’s so many possible variables. I hope they find out what happened. He seemed like a sweet guy with a lot of potential.

Another thought is it's a slow death from stomach bleed. I'm thinking he got that at the bar an thought he could make it home? Maybe due to drinking it made him bleed out faster. My brother in law got stabbed an they didn't think it was a big deal till they got him to the hospital an it nicked something in the bowel. He had to get rushed into surgery right away or he would have died. So that's probably what happened..
@JanSparkles14 жыл бұрын
Actually alcohol is a sedative, it slows down circulation. That is why most drunk drivers survive crashes due to slow internal or external bleeding.

My brother was killed by strangers. He left the argument that happened and they chased him and stabbed him. Detectives found the guys but one only got 2 years and the other got 12 years. I hate the Canadian justice system. Drinking or partying is not consent to be stabbed, people drink every day! It's so gut wrenching to have someone you love taken this way. People have no idea until it happens to them. 😢😭💔

Thank goodness the dad hired someone with a brain to investigate, the first team who investigated really dropped the ball. How do you not check into all 911 calls made that night in the area to see if they're connected to the murder? We really need smarter people investigating crimes then there wouldn't be so many cold cases, geez. Seems to me the fight with the bouncer and business partner are red herrings. Tim was drunk and after the fight with his business partner walked down the street and noticed a domestic dispute, he got upset by it and wanted to stop it. He intervened and got stabbed by either the man or woman or someone they knew. I don't think the fact that the couple ran away..er moved to Nevada right after the murder is a coincidence. Yes I would focus on them.
