In Matthew 13 we find a group of Jesus' parables, which are a crux of Jesus' public ministry. In this video Dr. Brant Pitre will go through the Parable of the Sower in particular and what parables meant for Jesus in his ministry in general. He who has ears, let him hear.

Whenever I go to Mass, I participate as if I was blind and can now see, and deaf and can now hear. The worship is so much more vibrant and meaningful to me personally like that, as if I am hearing the Word of God for the first time.

Not everyone can follow the word of God but anyone can try to understand it by doing what God has told us to do which is to love one another and give when we have extra and this i am the biggest sinner because i have trouble giving not because of the circumstances but because of fear of being beaten and robbed from hard hearted people at least nowadays.

If you don't mind me sharing my thoughts, I could be wrong here but what I feel is God has given everyone the ability to understand Him however it's because of pride and preoccupation of matters that seem important but reality not stop those from understanding God's message. Therefore It is the individuals undoing by choice that conceals the message. I'm inclined to think it's also to prevent these groups of people from abusing His message

Whosoever is preaching cannot know if those who hear are: When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path. 20 The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. 21 But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. 22 The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. 23 But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. Simple fact is when Mothers are aborting their babies voluntarily without the order of the Pharaoh then there is something extremely wrong. The question we should be asking is what circumstances brings them to the point where they would prefer not to give them life at all, and why aren't they speaking?
