You know, *the scariest* part is that he makes it look so simple and easy. Even as an Indian , I know most of those recipes and I have cooked for my family. Its easy just fried onions until caramelised add in spices, blend tomatoes cooked them until gravy and add in ur vegetable choice top it up garam masala for flavour at the end and garnish wit coriander. Looks basic

After watching this video, I personally visited this restaurant last weekend with my hubby and I must say that the food is delicious and the restaurant is full of positive vibes. This is the cleanest kitchen I have ever seen in my life. So many dishes, so systematic, no confusion what goes in which pot, perfect time judgement for each dish including the things that are in the frying pan, constant cleaning of everything. Everyone is talking about his Kitchen neat and clean. Yes, Of course! it is very rare to see the kitchen so clean. We should appreciate that he was single handedly completed 8 to 9 + items in 2+ hours time. His measurement of Spices are not with measured spoon and but with his mind. I was astonished that he said rice will be cooked in 8 minutes. I am eating rice all my life but i cannot tell that much accuracy on cooking time. So he knows what is doing. Most importantly he is doing it with love and affection. That food will always taste good and healthy. He named it rightly "Healthy & Wealthy". (Both his mind and his life are healthy & wealthy). I hope I will get his blessings one day. Thanks for sharing the video mate!!!

Excellent chef, great work. I have never imagined someone can be this passionate about cooking and in serving healthy food. As living in London I know how restaurants here are. They never attempt or bother to cook with fresh ingredients like this and especially with so many fresh veggies.
