No sir,you might have seen street coocking that's why you seen careless,90 of 100 inside restaurant keeps clean sections though some the tools may be old or something because now a days becoming chef is like a big achievement.So Chefs now this days don't want to pass their knowledge to upcoming commi and helpers so inorder to low down learner's concerntration they always stick them on clean and tidy. I have so much experience on this things.i have worked on more than 100 restaurants and each chef was almost same in hiding trick.
