BYU fan here (who cares, i know) - I'm grateful to Utah for producing a good portion of our coaching staff. Coach Whittingham has done an incredible job of producing a top-tier team every single year, even when the record doesn't show it. And we have directly benefited from it. I'm sure he's equally appreciative of his time playing for Lavelle Edwards. Despite the differences we have, it's kind of cool to see how BYU/Utah have worked together (albeit unintentionally) to punch above their weight nationally.

@duane9166 proud of our Ute football players for playing tough and not giving up. NOT proud a few stupid fans. That kind of behavior is NOT acceptable. There are some of those fans on ALL teams sadly. There has been more than one team this year called out for throwing trash on the field. At the 2018 game, after I had just had cancer surgery in October, a BYU fan started pushing me aggressively when I was unable to move quickly enough for them to try to leave the concourse pushing me hard on my surgery side. Wasn't cool. That hurt but that fan was upset with your loss. So it happens on both sides sadly when emotions are running high. Does NOT make it acceptable though. Hopefully, they have film of it to catch the idiot.

I'm fine with the coach's response. He doesn't agree with the call and it's understandable why he doesn't agree with it. If I were a Ute, which thought kind of makes me throw up in my mouth, but if the same thing happened to my team I'd feel a little robbed. AD shouldn't be allowed on the sideline if he's entering the field and getting an unsportsmanlike call during the last play of the game. What a clown. Fire Mark Harlan and Fire Kyle Whittingham. Both have brought on highly inexcusable shame, and embarrassment to the University, and to their fans.

@ Delusional much? KW has been extremely horrible for two seasons now, and this season has lost five in a row all due to his egregious coaching malpractice.
@phillipcook343012 күн бұрын
@@Carrollavirus Whoopidy dooda! KS win to loss ratio is 1.7 to 1 and KW win to loss ratio is 1.97 to 1. Plus, over the last 10 years Utah is 9 wins to 1 win over BYU. Delusional is what you seem to be. What you call horrible is like calling Kamala Harris a good presidential candidate.

Not a fan of either teams but what happens in any sports you have some good calls and some bad ones as well, Utah's AD needs to step down he's the one that makes things worse showing to the entire country how unsportsmanlike Utah folks are, wasn't a good example for this beautiful state,at the end of the day it's a game you win some you lose some,

Sorry Utah that your fancy friends all left for the BIG 10 and didn’t invite you to go with. Now you’re stuck in the same neighborhood as BYU. This must be a big blow to your self esteem. You used to get bad calls from PAC 12 refs but you loved it because they were fancy refs that lived in California. Now you have to put up with bad calls from Refs that live in pokey places like Oklahoma and Texas. How can you be expected to tolerate such snappy breatment?!?
@OrangeTree25311 күн бұрын
We should skip the playoffs and create the Utah Bowl so we can beat Utah again! Oh wait, Utah state might be the one to invite

What’s the change coach????? Looks like you are trying to save face. Just admit you lost. No points in the second half and around 77 yards. Not great.

Utah sucks so bad that BYU barely pulled off a win against a 3rd string QB and injury laden team. I figured your assessment is more pent up frustration over the last 10 - 15 years of the rivalry. How about you watch all of Kalani's rants along with BYU's athletic directors handling the woke mind virus.
