I have a 140 spoon bolt coming my way. It needs work, but I'm thinking about totally redoing it, then see how it'll shoot.

Both are nice rifles. The 177 might have the speed but that 22 has some thump hitting the target. Good comparison.

Both did exceptionably well

Have you ever tested the 140 on the chronograph? I have restored a 120 and140 and always wondered how fast they are. they seem to be hard hitting guns.Thanks for the great videos seem to be hard hitting Thanks for the great videos

Have you got any Remington air master crosmas pump rifles them are very good guns to like the old 766 and 2100 classic all very good guns just not very old around the 1980 s to now on the 2100 classic they still make that model

Have you seen the new crosmas it's synthetic but a copy of them old ones can't remember what the model number is but brand new from crosmas I'm going to order one it has a plastic trigger I'll build a steel one for it then it will be a good gun

The "older" but not so old version of the new crosman 362 was the benjamin 392/397! I am not sure you can put a steel breech on the benjamin like on the new crosman's tho! Nice pumpers for sure

@@LowkeyAirgunner I haven't seen a air gun yet with a plastic trigger I couldn't build a steel trigger to replace it with yet I have built all together about 2 or 3 thousand custom air rifles and pistols and vintage daisy bb guns to lol lol

When you worked on the older 180 did you use special tool to remove the valve body or just a screwdriver. I have one that is leaking out the barrel when you puncture the co2 cartridge. It's in beautiful shape and I don't want to mess it up. Thanks
@russellhorner49502 жыл бұрын
I've seen videos of both ways.looking for clarity.

@@WalnutandSteelWhere do you source parts? I need a front sight for my 140. The plastic is split and about to come apart.

Best bet for something like that would be to search on ebay. But that will be hit or miss at best

What a shame Crosman don't make pumpers like this anymore. All steel and wood.

@@WalnutandSteel I have a 1976 Crosman 761XL that is still working fine after a reseal and still in great order, and a 1981 Sheridan that works perfectly without ever having a reseal. Great old US made airguns.

Really wished they still made wood stocks for the new 362 or the benjamin's! {Even if both are Pal rated here wich is annoying 🇨🇦}
@uncle_spanky Жыл бұрын
I'm just curious if you bought the Crosman 362 anniversary model with wood stock? People here are complaining about the price, but TBH, I don't think it's bad for what you're buying.
@LowkeyAirgunner Жыл бұрын
@@uncle_spankyif I could... I would haha The anniversary edition had a few extras which can explain the higher price a bit but the it really depends of how bad you want a wood stock _(I don't remember if Nibs did... I know he got the 760)_
