I made my own double cream here in the US back when my wife wanted to get up early and watch the most recent royal wedding. I decided to make it a full event for her and made currant scones w/ double-cream, strawberry jam and tea. I made this recipe last night using US heavy cream and the sauce was too liquid. I think, given US cream, I'll need to either make and use double cream or dial up the cheese / dial back the cream quantity. It was, however, absolutely delicious and I'll be doing it again. I really appreciate the keto recipes that don't need coconut / almond flour and just stick to simple foods. Everything I've tried from this channel has been delicious. Thank you & horns-up.

I just made this tonight. I'm doing the Keto diet so I'm excited to find deliciousness like this to try. Let me tell you what I did. I cooked up about a pound of thick-sliced bacon. I reserved 1/2 cup of the fat for the cheese sauce (instead of butter), and then sauteed the onion with the cooked bacon. Since my head of cauliflower was really large, I doubled the heavy cream and cheese in the cheese sauce, and substituted dry mustard for the cayenne. Oh my goodness!!!!! It is absolutely heavenly!!!!! My husband and sons RAVED!!!!

I made the Keto Mac and Cheese tonight. I added a few pieces of bacon then cubed up a chicken breast to add with onions. This was really yummy and my hubby enjoyed it as well! Im going to make it for the Grandkids next week...as long as they dont 'see' the cauliflower, they will devour it!

Had half a cauliflower left over from another keto recipe and stumbled upon your video. Had everything to make it already in my fridge (I'm sure anyone on keto can relate to always having cauli and cheese in the fridge). I can not explain how DELICIOUS this was.
