This is one of Tommy's best covers yet, truly spectacular. Though I agree that Tommy is somewhat underused in Sabaton, it doesn't mean that Tommy should take over as a lead singer, Joakim worked too hard for that all these years and he is still best man for that job. As you know, Tommy has his own band where he is the frontman. Since you heard only their Christmas songs, I really recommend listening to their songs Above The Sky, Metal United and Rising Tide. They are an amazing band who deserved some more spotlight. Edit: both Sabaton guitarists are great singers and that fact came in very handy at Hellfest 2019. They were headlining after Manowar cancelled last minute, but Joakim lost his voice. They did not want to cancel too, so Joakim sang 3 songs and then Tommy and Chris took over and finished the show

You are right! I have followed Tommy's singing and making covers, he makes really great versions of them, sometimes with humor😀I myself have always stated that Tommy's version is better! a better singer than the original, he is able the modify his voice and often mix it to the style of the original singer, he has a shockingly powerful voice and he produces sound with a really wide octave scale! I say this because when i saw Tommy for the first time, he has been my favorite singer and musician ever since, he is the best singer in my world, his voice beats the world's top artists't let's be happy we have Tommy! Sorry for my bad english!😂

Tommy was a bit hesitant to do this cover but his BIL Kim persuaded him. De need to thank Kim. Touching facts, Tommy told at release that the bass guitar he is using here was a bequest from his late friend he was honouring in his cover of Sounds of Silence . Please chech out the band Reach, friends of Tommy that he is having as guests at his celebrational party next week. Anything recommended by Tommy must be good.

I just love the groove in this song its like energizing and calming at the same time... Does that sound weird? On another note: Tommy may not be Sabatons lead singer but he has his own band called Majestica (formerly known as ReinXeed). In Majestica Tommy is not only the vocalist but also guitarist, composer and so on. Multi talented guy!

Hello. You say he "Broke out" what do you mean by that? As far as I know, he hasn't broken out of anything. He is still a member of Sabaton, and no! Even though his vocals are one of the world's best, Sabaton is not Sabaton without Joakim Brodén singing. Joakim is Sabaton!
