Would the low beam LED still work if my Yukon has the HID bulbs? I currently have the OSRAM D3S HID bulbs in there, and the Yukon in the video has Halogen bulbs, so before I buy I would like to know if this would still work with my current factory setup. Thank you.

Hello! Great question - no the LEDs will not work if you have factory HID like D3S. That system is specific to HID and will be best to start with upgrading your bulbs to something like the Osram Night Breakers or CBB bulbs. The other thing you could look into would be a ballast upgrade from the OEM 35w system up to the 55w system to increase output! Shoot us an email with your questions: [e-mail]

The bulbs will be okay as they are, but note that it will reduce their lifespan since you're going to be running it harder with a 55w system compared to a 35w system! It isn't a major life expectancy change, but do keep that in mind if you upgrade your ballast output!

For the headlights if you need the anti flicker does that go inside the headlights housing as well? Would be nice to show a video for the Yukon and Tahoe

You will not need the additional PWM Anti-flicker harness for the headlights.

Nice video. Is there a way to know if I need the interface or not? 2016 GMC Yukon XL Denali :: HID :: 6.2L. The fog lights are atrocious dingy yellow. And I am pretty sure that my iPhone 15 has a brighter light than my backups.

I just installed them last week and they are awesome compared to crappy stock halogen well worth the money!! But why dont you tell people in this video they have to install the anti flickers??????

You should not need anti flicker for this vehicle but it can always change from one truck to the next. Yours may need it where as the next 15-20 Yukon to get them may not!

I have talked to the city police where I live. They told me, my leds on my 2000 Toyota Camry LE was okay. About 2 years ago I got pulled over by a state trooper. This was at night on the highway. I had on my high beams when I past him on the highway. The state trooper told me, I blinded him. He told me, my led headlights weren't street legal. The state trooper didn't give me a ticket only a warning. So I started looking for new led headlight bulbs I found one. Oracle lighting V Series leds 9005 and 9006. Oracle Lighting says they're street legal that why I bought them. The rest of my leds are sylvania Zevo Super Bright Leds. I can't complain. Sylvania doesn't make the 74 leds those I need. I don't have any flickering so far. My Camry is a Silver color with 3 tone gray interior. So the cool white is what I use. I watch your videos to give me ideas for more upgrades.

No aftermarket LED bulbs are street legal for headlight use. They are legal for fog lights but not the main headlights.

I wanted my Camry to be as street legal as possible so I wouldn't get a ticket or warning. I do very much like the modern look of leds on my Camry. I'm customizing the Camry anyway. Anyways thanks for telling me this I will be aware of this when I go out of state.

@@williamclick9771 as long as you don't blind people , they won't say anything about it , they really don't want to cite people for it , BUT if you blind people that can be a danger , for your car you can install fog light pods , either in the lower grille valance or under it and choose the ' spot ' light led choice , it will send a light beam far out ahead but won't blind people because it is so low to the ground , I chose the ' fog ' version to put the light directly in front of car instead of way down the road , they still light up the area for about 150 ft in front of car .... to get the best solution for your car it takes a good bit of time researching available options
