How did you get it to work using yamaha DTX950 set? I'm trying to get it work with Roland TD-17 with no success. It just don't recognize my TD-17.

I had to manually map the MIDI note numbers in the MIDI configuration of the software to the notes my Yamaha kit was sending.

​@@jon325 Thanks for quick reply! Actually, we did the same thing and it seems to work. One problem still remains. We couldn't get the hi-hat opening to work. What could be the problem with that?

@@olliranttila5307 If I remember correctly, I only mapped sounds for closed and open hi hat, nothing in between. E-hi hats are the worst part of e-drums, IMO. Very difficult to replicate a hi hat electronically.

Wow, I hadn’t seen a drum video from you in forever. Wasn’t even sure if you were still playing. Love the sound of that sound pack. Are you still using the same drum setup as before?

Thanks Brian - yes, same setup using my Yamaha DTX950 kit. I usually trigger Superior Drummer 3, but I thought I'd give this pack a try - it's my first jump into GGD. I like that it was put together using Benny's actual kit that he records/tours with, which I think is quite a unique setup, and Benny is an amazing drummer! Yes, it's been nearly 3 years since doing a drum video. I'm definitely still playing. My wife has had some pretty significant health issues over this time, so I have not been very motivated to do videos. With her slowly improving, I'm trying to get back to it. Also, after 40 years of owning a drum set, I FINALLY bought a set of mics, so I plan to have video of my acoustic kit as well.
