Headrush Prime/Core/Flex | Essential 4 | New Firmware (Super Clones and New Models)

Hi, I have a couple questions. I can get a used Headrush MX5 for $250 on Reverb, and I most likely will not be doing any of my own cloning, so my question is do your Amp Clone packs work on the MX5, or just the Prime? If not, would you say the difference in Tone between your Amp Clone packs, and your other Headrush packs would justify another $250 in cost for essentially the same thing, but with a few added bells and whistles? Prime Flex is $500. Thanks

Amp Clones unfortunately are not supported in MX5.

Este Esplicer poderia colocar em um canal estéreo, apenas com os filtros em um, enquanto no outro colocava distorção. Antes do Esplicer colocava um Freeze pro efeito continuar acelerando enquanto a distorção preenche.

headrush seem enhance their strange sounding reverb. now sound good. maybe you can try your Headrush Prime/Core Amp Clones if it sound better in reverb too. headrush have also the revalver for PC. maybe it is possible to get the packs working on PC ? . for PC there is a usable unlimet demo so you can test. the demo only output sometimes a noise

Patches are not cross compatible between Headrush and Revalver

Presets are not compatible. Amp Clones are.

@@ChopTonesOfficial have you test with the newest superclones revalver 5.1 ? . Or maybe they need enhance even more because for what they write "Take your creations on the road easily by loading them into the HeadRush Prime/Core/Flex Prime hardware." should of course for patches work too. or maybe it have a bug.

As much as i do love the Headrush hardware I just dont think all this cloning is the future...if it was the Fractal wouldn't keep holding the top spot every single year closely followed by line 6. If they completely revamp thier hatdeare with actual great mofeling and better usable effects they would already have defeated thier competitors again their hardware is at the top of the game with a great touchscreen

Cloning is better imo... modelling always has more unnatural things going on with the sound.

Since when has Line 6 ever come close to being top notch with their amp tones? Maybe with effects and ease of use, but when it comes to amp tones they have always been behind. That's honestly the reason I've never owned a Line 6 product. The amp sounds just don't really sound very good.

@hanktteotd don't know where you've been for last 10 years but the amp tones in line 6 is why it pretty much dominate the market it outsells everything 5 to 1 combined.. and in recent years it does borderline Fractal which I never thought possible. Line 6 has easy to dial in cabs if you need them...I run through actual amps.....you sir need to do some homework because everyone else using even just a pod go can get a rich Revv Purple or Red channel tone in minutes that can't hardly even be distinguished from the real amp.

@ again, they sell the best because of the effects and ease of use, but in no way in any shape and form do they compete when it comes to the actual amp tones. They also sell great because they put out several different products for several different budgets. Helix rack, Helix floorboard, Helix LT, HX Stomp, HX Stomp XL, HX Effects, Pod Go, Pod Express, HX One. Most companies have maybe 3 tiers at most. Also, just because everyone buys them doesn't necessarily mean that they are the best amp sounds, but that the features they provide for the applications the customer needs them for are all there and make their life easier, hence the ease of use I mentioned previously. But no, there is no comparison between Line 6’s amps to Fractal, Kemper, Tonex, etc and you can find your proof based on the hundreds of online demonstrations there have been that shows they are all superior when it comes to the actual amp sounds.

Headrush keeps making worthless ef. They need ducking delay, regular ping pong, triple chorus. Just over all efx of today, not 1987 tech

you can use the a noise gate in right effects then the bad sounding spring reverb tail is not hear. spring reverb is only great to make the guitar sound great and fat, but the tail sound never good. best is when all spring reverb are able to cut the tail or duck them when input signal is stop
