This is a heads/cam fully forged 370. The cam specs are more than a typical truck cam. I will upload a video with the stock 5.3 with the same muffler for you.

What steering shaft is that? My header is rubbing my shaft. done replaced it 3 times!

Factory. Speed engineering headers clear it perfectly.
