To export layers as seperate files go to: File -> Export -> Layers to files... You can choose to export all layers (include hidden layers) or just active layers

how do you save them? will the files save individually? I didn't see you explain that part.

There's a few ways. You can go to file >close all and click yes to saving changes to the jpegs. This will only work if your images have no layers and if you chose Delete cropped pixels when cropping. I found the keyboard shortcuts for flatten all layers and close current document. You can also make this an action.

What if you have 600 photos, for like a look book?

In Lightroom Classic you can select all photos, turn on sync, and crop one photo and the rest will reflect that edit in batch. In PS you can make it an action and apply the action to a whole folder of images and have it save changes. However, if all photos are taken differently with not the same composition this won't work. Would be nice to have some ai tool that would crop photos based on head placement.
