Felt utterly gutted when this sleepcast suddenly was locked the other day - with not even a single free sleepcast or wind down available anymore. Rainday antiques single handedly made me fall asleep within minutes for years when nothing else would help. I find huge comfort from the narrator's voice, the background sounds of rain, the beautifully comforting story details and the total tone of acceptance in this recording. I’ve listened to this sleep cast off and on for a couple of years now. It is my favorite and it never fails to put me to sleep. Tonight I was having trouble getting to sleep, so I put it on and as usual drifted off only to be woken at the end by a loud ad! WTF KZbin is this how it’s going to be? Now it’s well after midnight and I’m wide awake and afraid to try another sleep cast selection for fear of being hit with another loud ad. Hope this was just a glitch. @Headspace

I love this video too! You can set a timer on your phone to turn off automatically. I’m not sure which brand of phone you have, but if you have an iPhone, you can set a timer in the Clock app. When setting it, scroll down to ‘Stop Playing’ as the option for when the timer ends. Hope this helps!

I am currently sick with a fever and couldn’t fall asleep last night because of racing thoughts. I had a lot of schoolwork to do today and I just kept thinking “there’s no way I’m going to get any sleep tonight and I’m not going to get anything done tomorrow.”. But I remembered seeing headspace ads in the past and when I looked it up this was the first thing that popped up. this is my favorite thing to listen to to help fall asleep ❤ I wish that it was still free in the app. I used to listen every night and I liked how in the app the story was in a different order every time and you could adjust the loudness of the ambience.
