No matter who you are, whether your an Athlete or just a normal person, mental health is something that should never be slid under the rug. True toughness is being able to tell someone about it and finding a way to cope with it. It’s very sad to see this becoming a problem that is slowly getting worse.

Students of school, colleges and universities should watch this documentary, help them improve a lot. They will learn about sportsman resilient attitude, strength and power of springing back. Amazing training and treatment of building power and strength of resilience, elasticity, buoyant, liveliness of effervescent and volatility. I suggest watch this documentary in a group and then write notes and do group discussion on topic as well.

So inspirational!!! We people need to realize is that athletes are people just like us! They may have a lot of money and be famous and all of that, but it just goes to show that they struggle with lots of things that the rest of us do!

You should do one on mental health and people who aren't millionaires. I bet that would be a good doc.

I've seen a dozen or so documentaries about mental health and those in the general public. Like it or not millionaires and athletes are people too and there aren't too many documentaries covering mental illness in sports

The last segment was not about wealthy people as Oregon State students are very much in poverty.
