Heal a Block - Reiki Healing Experience

I have been intentionally blocked for many years in an attempt to protect myself. This particular Reiki healing is helping me to unblock the large lump of rock preventing me from being the best ME. I have found Reiki works extremely well on me and I will continue with your channel to guide me through to the light. You have no idea how profoundly peaceful I feel after one of your sessions. I cant thank you enough for your generosity. For years i had ben trying to get my energy to flow in its full orbit as before getting ill. I was desperate for a cure so i went and listened to Subluminals and healing frequencies to mess up my energy system and to reach a huge block in my heart and solar plexus. Today God had guided me to this healing meditation and in one go i got rid of the block and my Energy is flowing nicely and effortlessly in my body and I CAN BREATH again. I cried nearing the end of this session. Where the light brought me was in the memories of a very special and happy moment of my life...and the memories were so vivid even remembering smells of the surroundings I was in. It felt intense and felt it mostly in my heart area. It felt like as if a weight was lifted. I took a big leap and made changes to my life this year and I am feeling down and lost at the moment. So simple and healing. I felt the shape in my chest and coughed a lot to release the pressure I felt there. The more i concentrated on the light, the more the shape hardened, the pressure increased. Finally the shape melted and dissapeared leaving my chest relaxed. Thank you:)

My block is related to my past and my tear in the lumbar spine which seems to be lingering on and off .. I felt warmth on both sides my hips which I am feeling now as well and also I felt someone pulling away my thoughts like a thread strip one by one from my middle of my forehead which are blocking me from everyday life .. i want those threads to be pulled away more and more and I don’t exercise any more of those in my life which resurfaced all of a sudden .. I am almost rejuvenated now but more of these fire block healing session is required time and again ...

Andrea, this experience has been so inspiring.. I earned my reiki lvl 1&2 here in Cambodia after connecting with your podcast, and I've been practicing your Gassho meditation for ages. I had to constantly remind myself to see and follow a white light which seemed to constantly evade me although I was constantly walking along next to the edge of a forest. Then my light became a beautiful full moon casting a white path along the sea straight to me. I then started to paddle out towards the moon. My mind went to some attitudes and behaviours I have attributed to a few years of my illness block. It was saying to me to pull my head in and stop playing the pity card. Thank you for assisting me to achieve this enlightenment.

A block or issue is anything you want to heal, shift, change or get over. It can be something physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. It could be a fear you have or a physical pain or a pattern or habit. You don't need to know the root cause which is really fantastic. Reiki knows! I hope that is helpful to you. 💐
