Heal Anxiety Fatigue and Sadness by Ancient Indian and Christ Energy based Psycho-Spiritual Techniques
In this video Psychologist and Guru Geo Kappen describes signs and symptoms of common type of excessive anxiety it's effects and psycho-spiritual solutions to deal with it. Kappen personally views some similarities between ancient Indian scriptures sacred texts like Vedas and Puranas, especially Upanishads with teachings of Jesus Christ. So he combines those concepts such as Karma and Destiny, Karma Yoga, Manava Seva Madhava Seva, Bhakti Marga etc with Various Biblical teachings of Christ. According to Kappen Christu Deva taught us the essence of practical ancient wisdom and who follows his teachings properly will find himself or herself in state of peace and freedom. So Kappen relates or combines various teachings of Christ with ancient Indian wisdom for modern people in order to overcome anxiety in the modern world along with scientifically proven psychological techniques. Kappen also mentions some information about psychological disorders such as OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) etc and suggests to get professional help without any delay as it is necessary.
