Oh girls this what adrienne is saying really works and it's OH SO POWERFULL I remember back in may when my guy broke up with me LDR .out of all of that desperation and sadness I was feeling I decided to do as Adrienne says and so each and every day yeah I was sobbing and missing him but then I started with her methods and changing mindset ... tapping my heart every time in the car in the bathroom in my room while walking and Omg the so many signs that the universe and God have to let you know he thinks about you are amazing!!! I miss my ex partner. He finished it but then I did, knowing I had to to say no-the way he was raging on me, blaming me for his insecurities, putting me down. Of course, he said he didn't mean it, but the reality of that was unmistakable. I tried not create drama but I realise that just by staying in the situation, I was trying to save him. I have your ABC program. I went 3 times through it with 3 guys, the best one was the last one, very carring and very commited. Still I don't miss him too, I think it is a magic of your program with time. I really want a guy who is williing to stick thorugh hard times and that is my dream guy, not this 70% I got with last one. If he comes back upleveled great, if the new men comes upleveled great. My guy and I broke up back in March. It was my fault. I took his love for granted. Now, I miss him, everything about him. I honestly now understand the term hindsight is 20/20. Lord, if I can get him back I would definitely do many things differently. I purchased your ABC Program but am truly struggling with dating other people. ❤️‍🩹hugs to you. start by simply communicating online with men. It takes a good long while to establish your feeling statements and practice with men and attract men who will actually ask you out on dates. However, I’ve seen too many times in cases like yours a man will step up very quickly and ask you out and want to begin dating. But start just practicing and chatting online with men and get to that phone call part. Follow those steps in the ABCs especially the flow chart. Much love you.

Hi Adrienne, I have your program Femm Tools for Relationships, and you are awesome. My boyfriend broke up with me a few weeks ago, and I still have very strong feelings for him. We were living together, and I moved out. However, he's been calling and texting me regularly since then, telling me about his day, etc. and wanting to see me occasionally, but I know he's on dating apps actively looking for others. I told him last night that I couldn't do it any more, that I couldn't talk to him like this any more because my heart beats very hard for him and I have strong feelings for him but I have accepted it's over. Adrienne do you have any advice for this very specific situation? Me and my fiance are young I'm 21 hes 25. We're staying in his parents extra house but it is almost 100 years old falling apart around us and moldy. Its poisoning our health. We can't even shower here. We can't afford our own place yet. My mother offered for us to stay with her in her 2 bedroom apartment. She would take the living room. My moms room in the front has the bathroom/shower connected but it also leads to the living room for guest use. The back room my older brother (26) is in has its own shower and bathroom too..and its in the back of the apartment. I feel like he should take the front room which is also bigger because we need the privacy but he expects 3 people to share 1 bathroom and we will have less privacy with noise and stuff. He's angry and being immature about it. What a 1st world problem! We're literally breathing in biotoxins in this house and we're in the same situation he is in when it comes to money. My mom always has an extra room incase one of us needs it and it just so happened he got to it first because he couldnt afford his place. If it was just me staying in the extra room before he needed a place to stay I would've given him the room right away and shared the bathroom and closet with our mom and slept in the living room. Thats what would be fair. And I wouldn't even mind. What things can I say to get him to be more understanding? Or how can I speak about this in a warm way I suppose?
