@ I actually buy the bottled juice from Target. Most stores have them. I’m sure juicing at home is probably better but I’m always on the run. Just make sure it’s “cold pressed.” I think that means it was juiced without anything that would heat the juice in order to keep all of the nutrients.

My day always starts with Sourkrout, green tea, and multiple specific suppliments like coq10, ginger, dandelion, cinnamon, creatine, flaxseed, vitamin E, nutritional yeast, turmeric, glucosamine and and so many more. I've had this routine for three years along with eating EVOO and apple cider vinegar daily. I make sure and open my Eating Window with protein and proceed to incorporate protein, vegetables, and fruit before I close my eating window. Consistency is the key to energy and happiness. @robbinchristensen3563Ай бұрын
I would like to know the answer to this as well Please and thank you 🙏
@vnedecimАй бұрын
You can do both. With eating, you can get the fiber benefits. I add that to salad so there's no waste. With juicing, you can have more celery since I can't eat more than 1 stick. So, I have more celery that I can eat just by drinking the juice. So, it depends on whether you want to chew and eat or just drink it. I wish you well and all of us a good health in 2025.
