You can ask God to give you a willingness to forgive. You can also CHOOSE to forgive, regardless of how you feel. God commands us to forgive, it would only make sense that when we obey, it opens the door to healing. And you may have to choose to forgive the person or persons every day and whenever the situation or person comes to mind, until you feel a peace about it being done.

Well I'm glad that you're healed from all your sickness I go to the doctors and they tell me there's nothing wrong with me but I still have this pain I feel like I have a lot of gas in my stomach but it's very painful but they say sometimes it's my back I've been getting injections back there but it still don't help I have forgiven my son's girlfriend I have forgiven my mother my father Jesus please help me do me like you have this man
