I think that the term "Airy Fairy" can be very offensive, I think it should be replaced with someone who is spiritual or energetically sensitive and leave it as that. I know you mentioned that at one point but listing it as an airy fairy diet was really judgemental. There are such people that are labelled Highly Sensitive People and people that are spiritual are often labelled as airy fairy. I don't accept that term. Thank you

Having more air qualities and being spiritual are completely unrelated. Everybody on the planet is spiritual. Some people are literal airheads with much more air qualities.

I understand. I am a highly sensitive empath as well. The airy fairy reference was to address the air element. Apologize if I have hurt any feelings. Definitely did not mean to do so. Thank you for your input🙏
