I was in the questioning stage for about a month after a sudden break/zero contact situation from a 3+ yr relationship. I had several stories after looking over our past texts, but what eventually was brought to my attention was that she had started an emotional affair a few weeks before she broke up with me, and now she's dating him. I was stuck in that emotional pain for far too long, but knowing hasn't made it any better. I am accepting the detachment and pulling my energy back to myself and starting to move forward.
