The intensity of your work doesn't define its value. If you are working at a pace that allows you to be authentic, connect with your customers and also be fulfilled in your personal life, then that is the right balance. I've struggled with similar things, thinking I should worker harder to achieve my goals faster, but to be honest, it doesn't make you any happier, it just gives you more stress. Being a dad and focussing on the kids a few days a week really helps to get things back into perspective and remember what is important. Great episode!

Dear Podcasters, Another fascinating albeit unrelatable episode from which I took lots of notes on this Monday morning. With all due respect, would you wonderful ladies please acknowledge the privilege of knowing how to and being allowed to WORK! As a mature student of colour in my late 20s, I was violated by horrific staff and students at Bolton University. I have no degree and am far too damaged to start anew elsewhere. I would ❤ to be an employed, overworking, overachieving, oversucceeding, winning, beautiful, healthy, beautiful productive woman more than anything. But I've never been and am not! I am not saying you don't work hard but as an unemployed, disabled, unqualified, isolated and estranged (no I am not saying I am a victim) I want you to try and understand my perspective. Please can you do an episode for women in their late twenties who are behind all/the majority of peers because of barriers? I'll be 29 on Thursday. I'm terrified. I I have nothing to celebrate and no one to talk to. I can't be the only one. Thank you so much in advance. I 3:21 21/10/24

The title of the podcast is a bit click baity and doesn’t correlate to the content of the podcast itself. Enjoyed the content though

What's a "f*c*b*y* ? As a millennial, why don't I know the meanings of any of these terms? Probably because I've not lived.
