Paraben is safe, it’s in our carrots berries and nuts. In fact paraben free products oftentimes use untested preservative alternatives. Also collagen applied to skin doesn’t replenish collagen as it can’t be absorbed, but only act as an occlusive layer to prevent hydration loss.

So beautiful seeing you this way Michelle, I just bought the box and am so excited as I’m currently on my healing journey as well. I resonated deeply with a lot of what you said. I recently sat with huachuma and it cracked my heart wide open. In the past I have always felt shame for crying even though I’m a big cryer but it came from childhood people telling me I was too sensitive. As I’m giving myself space to cry I still feel resistance but not as much as before. This video made me emotional as I’m still on this journey and just started this year I’m 29, and I find myself wanting to in some ways rush this journey. So right now as your speaking that came up for me and It’s because I want to get to this moment where even though I know I’ll always be doing the work, and always working on myself, I’d like to get to the place where it’s noticeable on my face & there’s hardly any resistance. Thank you for sharing your heart with us, I’m very grateful for this. You are definitely glowing and beautiful inside and out. Also I started using my poloroid again and didn’t even think about why I knew I wanted to live in the moment more but also because it is old school, like when I was a kid. I almost in some ways find my self getting younger each year. Closer to my inner child. Thank you for explaining meditation, it was very helpful in helping me understand! Much Love always 🤍
