This video is right on. One problem I have with KZbin videos is the risk of re-traumatizing abuse victims. For victims of severe extended abuse, opening their minds to areas of life altering trauma can be very very dangerous. I would like to see internet videos related to abuse make much stronger warnings about approaching these issues without adequate professional support. Even working with a therapist can be very dangerous, because many therapists know how to easily open deep wounds, but are not sufficiently skilled to keep the patient safe in the process. Vulnerabilities and risk factors vary. Please do your best to get the quality of support you need to move forward safely. Peace and love to all those struggling with the devastating effects of narcissistic childhood abuse.

Working on the 90 degrees. I'm there 4-5 days out of the week now. I haven't talked to my parents or any family member in over 30 days now. It's helped me gain some control in life. I know you don't prefer cut offs. But, I had to do it for my wife and kids sake. My parents were messing up our kids and my wife.

Wow, this is a wonderful video! Pendulum wasnt really understood till now. Power shredding makes sense. I have wanted to share too much about personal experiences , in Comments, sometimes I must stop that because My personal stories are Not necessary for others To read/ know. Working On my internal issues is what's important for self Changes. Keeping calmness. Also not getting triggered by others comments. Sure it is ok to care, but not to get involved with the other ones drama that I really cant fix for them.

@@jerrywise sorry Jerry. That was a typo. I meant to say: “What if you are going no contact but you have no resentment?” My father is violent. My mother is a narcissist. I haven’t spoken to my father in 5 years and I have no resentment towards him. But to have contact with a person who is violent doesn’t make sense. Im not angry, Im not resentful - the reason why I don’t have contact is because it isn’t safe.
