sorry for the late reply - its a hidden thing called stat "double dipping" that you can do with the elemental gems essentially, the tier 2 ele gems, e.g. amber, convert 20% of damage into that designated type, however it does so with a scaling factor of 200%, so within that 20%, youre squeezing in free damage. hope that made sense! its mostly used for the INT gems, but since we are running all focus in this build we do it with the amber

sorry for the late response, im unsure how well it would work for PvE since i dont do it much, im going to guess that it does not since you want to be in light armour to heal your group for more
