Healing with the Horses through Meditation

As we become centered and grounded before meeting the horses this helps us become more harmonized and filled with positive energy. In turn this makes the horses feel safer and more secure in our presence.
Lizzie my Palomino horse feels into the energy all around her, she is picking up fear, anxiety, frustration and vulnerability. I help Lizzie let go and release and when she is ready she rolls in the dirt to allow the absorption of free radicals and beneficial bacteria to enter her body to recover. She shakes it off and goes back to grazing and into relaxed state again.
